I also do private counselling sessions using any of a number of different processes. During
individual counselling I work alot with visualisation and imagination. If you feel that you
can't visualise, that's OK because with alot of this type of work it is the intent of the
mind at the time that is the most important factor in directing the outcome. Also, interactive
guided visualisations are much more effective and easier than the passive equivalent
(listening on a CD for example).
Even if you only have a few small areas in your life you would like to change, I have a couple
of very effective processes that can allow this change to be effective. I say this because
almost all of our actions and behaviours are actually governed by the subconscious mind, but
the subconscious doesn't take literal instructions like the conscious mind does. Traditionally
to effect change in the subconscious takes much repetition, but with these procedures you can
actually send a direct command to the subconscious in a language that it understands. To be
fully effective many of these procedures do require repitition (alot don't), but when they
require more than one application, it may mean up to half a dozen applications of the process
before positive change is noticed, and even then you will likely notice a change after even
just one or two applications. I will also teach you how to do the procedures so you can
practice them on your own.
On the other hand, if you feel that your life is falling apart all around you, I have some
different processes that will most likely be quite effective for you.
